Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please e-mail us at email@example.com if you wish to return any item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are in the UAE then returns are free. If international then you must arrange your own return and bear the cost unless the item is faulty or damaged (please email us so we can try to help you find the easiest and cost effective way of returning).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are in the UAE exchanges for a different size in the same style and colour are free. If you'd like to exchange to a different style then you will have to return the item first then place a new order but you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you paid by cash on delivery then we refund you via bank transfer (we request these details once you have notified us that you would like to make a return) but if you would like the return to be made in cash then there is a 20aed charge.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
We are very thorough in checking all our items before they are dispatched however if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Beach City is not liable holding times of packages by customs in your country.
