Return & Exchange Policy


  1. Check your item(s) qualifies for a return (see returns policy)
  2. Click 'Make A Return' located on the home page and follow the steps.
  3. Re-pack the item with the labels and tags still attached ready for your collection.
  4. Items will be collected within 3 working days.

UAE returns are FREE. (1 free collection per order otherwise 20aed charge per collection).


  • 10 days FULL refund policy for online card payments only. After 10-14 days store credit only.  
  • Cash or card payments on delivery are STORE credit refund only.
  • Sale items, face masks & earrings are non returnable.
  • Items must be returned in a sellable condition - unworn, tags attached, hygiene sticker (swimwear) still applied. PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify for a refund and can be refused. 
  • Card refunds take up to 7-14 days refunded back to the card used during the transaction. Refunds are processed once the item(s) are received back to us. 
  • We offer an extra 10% order value on top of refunds if you choose to receive credit rather than a full card refund.
  • We Offer 1 Free exchange for UAE Customers." (1 time exchange only) If you are exchanging more than once for another size of the same item we charge of AED 15 per collection & delivery. Please send us an email to confirm your size and arrange an exchange

  • Exchanges for a different style will need to processed as a new sale, select 'cash on delivery' and your previous value will be deducted upon delivery, once the exchanged item has been collected and approved. Email to confirm your new order is an exchange. 


  • 14 days exchange or store credit refund only.
  • Must be returned to the store in a sellable condition.
  • Can only be refunded/exchanged with a receipt.


  • Must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Please email to request a refund, we will provide the address.
  • International returns are at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged (please email us so we can try to help you find the easiest and most cost-effective way of returning). 
  • Please make sure to send your return using tracked delivery and then notify us of the tracking information. *PLEASE STATE THE PACKAGE IS A RETURN WHEN BOOKING WITH THE COURIER*
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged if sent without using a tracked courier service.
